the hotel was right by the plaza, pucallpa and downtown area thanks to its exceptionally nice location. i took a superior double room with view to the swimming, a nice hot shower, for instance.

Everything was very comfortable, and it had fast wi-fi. We had a double room with comfortable bed and a private safe, climate control, and a mini-bar. Thoroughly enjoyed the location near the main plaza. The service was all in all outstanding.

The service was top-notch, and they have a place to park here. Our double room had really cozy beds. We managed to check in early and leave late, the staff were so friendly. 🙌 the pool was nice, and it's in a great spot right in the middle of the jungle.

Also - near the Plaza de Armas, the main square and the jungle.
